Terrible customer service,they are rude and while dealing with hurricane Irene hitting the east coast was told they do not offer refunds that they only cancelled flight due to airport being shut down, then tell you they can give you a flight in 5 days for 300.00 more in business class, what a scam this airline is!!!Terrible!

Apparently they say their policy is non refundable flights that fine, but I didnt plan the hurricane have no control over it, I hope they lose all their business to other airlines who help to accomodate their customers.If your smart you wont fly air jamaica

Monetary Loss: $800.
